Group\uff09\u548c\u4e0a\u6d77\u6c7d\u8eca\u96c6\u5718\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u5408\u8cc7\u6c7d\u8eca\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9762\u5411\u6cf0\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u53ca\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u5e02\u5834\u751f\u7522MG\u540d\u7235\u7b49\u54c1\u724c\u6c7d\u8eca\uff0c\u7e3d\u6295\u8cc7\u903e10\u5104\u7f8e\u91d1\uff0c\u5e74\u7522\u80fd\u8d85\u904e10\u842c\u8f1b\uff0c\u70baMG\u540d\u7235\u6253\u9020\u9762\u5411\u5168\u7403\u5e74\u8f15\u5316\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u88fd\u9020\u57fa\u5730\u3002&nbsp;&nbsp;MG\u540d\u7235\u6539\u5beb\u4e86\u4e00\u5ea6\u7531\u65e5\u7cfb\u8eca\u4f54\u9818\u7684\u6cf0\u570b\u8eca\u5e02\u683c\u5c40\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5fa9\u5408\u589e\u9577\u7387200\uff05\u7684\u7a81\u7834\u3002 \u800c\u65e9\u57282016\u5e74\uff0cMG\u540d\u7235\u5c31\u5df2\u8de8\u8eab\u6cf0\u570b\u4e58\u7528\u8eca\u524d10\u699c\u55ae\uff0c\u8fc5\u901f\u6210\u70ba\u6cf0\u570b\u8eca\u5e02\u6700\u6d3b\u8e8d\u7684\u6c7d\u8eca\u54c1\u724c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u80cc\u666f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u5bb6\u5408\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9762\u81e8\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u548c\u6cf0\u570b\u6b63\u5927\u96c6\u5718\u90fd\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u548c\u6cf0\u570b\u6700\u5927\u7684\u96c6\u5718\u578b\u4f01\u696d\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u5167\u90e8\u7ba1\u7406\u8981\u6c42\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u3002 \u6cf0\u570b\u6b63\u5927\u96c6\u5718\u4f7f\u7528SAP HCM\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u53ca\u85aa\u916c\u8a08\u7b97\uff0c\u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u4f7f\u7528\u7528\u53cbHCM\u8edf\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5408\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u7acb\u4e4b\u521d\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u6cf0\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u8edf\u4ef6\u6709\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u7684\u5408\u898f\u6027\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e0a\u6c7d\u6b63\u5927\u501f\u7528\u6b63\u5927\u96c6\u5718\u7684SAP HCM\u8edf\u4ef6\u4f86\u8a08\u7b97\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u85aa\u8cc7\u548c\u7a05\u8868\u3002 \u4f46\u662f\u5169\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u6587\u5316\u4ee5\u53ca\u6cf0\u570b\/\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u85aa\u916c\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u5047\u52e4\u6a19\u6e96\u90fd\u5dee\u7570\u6975\u5927\u3002 \u6b63\u5927\u7684SAP HCM\u8edf\u4ef6\u7121\u6cd5\u5b8c\u5168\u6eff\u8db3\u5408\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002 \u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u9700\u8981\u4e00\u6b3e\u65e2\u6eff\u8db3\u672c\u5730\u6cd5\u898f\u9700\u6c42\u53c8\u80fd\u5920\u9748\u6d3b\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u6eff\u8db3\u5408\u8cc7\u516c\u53f8\u8907\u96dc\u7ba1\u7406\u9700\u6c42\u7684HCM\u8edf\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7d93\u904e\u9577\u671f\u7684\u9078\u578b\uff0c\u4e0a\u6c7d\u6b63\u5927\u6700\u5f8c\u9078\u64c7\u7528\u53cb\u4f86\u5efa\u8a2d\u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u7684&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yonyou.com.hk\/zh-hant\/solutions\/human-capital-management\/\">HCM\u7cfb\u7d71<\/a><\/strong>\u3002 \u4e0a\u6c7d\u96c6\u5718\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u904e\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u5be6\u73fe\uff1a\u5de5\u4f5c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5316\uff0c\u898f\u7bc4\u5316\uff0c\u5c08\u696d\u5316\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u52a0\u5f37\u670d\u52d9\u7406\u5ff5\u3002 \u5f9e\u5ee3\u5ea6\u4e0a\u64f4\u5927\u5176\u7ba1\u7406\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u5f9e\u6df1\u5ea6\u4e0a\u512a\u5316\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u5957\u7b26\u5408\u4f01\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u6230\u7565\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u7ba1\u7406\u67b6\u69cb\u548c\u69cb\u5efa\u5408\u7406\u7684\u4eba\u54e1\u7d50\u69cb\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u512a\u5316\u5404\u5c64\u7d1a\u7684HR\u7684\u696d\u52d9\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f7f\u8207\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406 \u5be6\u73fe\u4e86HR\u696d\u52d9\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u7121\u7d19\u5316\u4f5c\u696d\u3002
