On December 16, Yonyou Software (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Shenzhen office in Nanshan District, marking a new phase in its localized operations and service capability development. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Guo Baochun, Vice President of Yonyou Network and General Manager of the Overseas Region; Dr. Li Hao, Managing Director of Yonyou Hong Kong; Cui Yu, Overseas Region Delivery Director and Hong Kong Delivery Director; and Zhao Tao, Overseas Region Human Resources Director.

Located in a core area of Shenzhen, the new office currently accommodates approximately 110 employees primarily dedicated to product research & development and technical service operations for Hong Kong clients. This relocation signifies more than just a spatial upgrade; it represents a key strategic initiative by Yonyou to increase its investment in the Greater Bay Area market, enhance its technical support, and deepen regional service capabilities.
At the ceremony, Dr. Guo Baochun stated that the upgrade of the Shenzhen office is a crucial step in fulfilling Yonyou’s commitment to localized service. He emphasized that this strong R&D and operations team will serve as a bridge connecting Yonyou’s global product innovation with the needs of enterprises in the Greater Bay Area, ensuring faster technical response and more agile delivery services for customers.
Dr. Li Hao further highlighted the complementary advantages between Hong Kong as an international hub and Shenzhen as an innovation engine. He explained that the Shenzhen team focuses on product localization, in-depth technical services, and rapid response, working in close coordination with Hong Kong’s business, consulting, and project management teams to form a complete, closed-loop service process. This will significantly enhance the capability to provide integrated digital-intelligent solutions—from ERP to cloud services—for enterprises within and beyond the Greater Bay Area, particularly supporting Chinese companies in expanding overseas via the Hong Kong platform.
