Marketing Trainee

Job Description:

  • To support the Marketing team in marketing campaign and event organisation;
    • To assist in the production of Marketing collaterals, such as brochures and materials for content and digital marketing;
    • To undertake other administrative and/or analytical work;
    • To participate in ad-hoc research projects as required.

 

Requirements: 
• To be enrolled on an undergraduate or graduate degree programme, preferably specialising in Marketing & Communications/ Information Technology/ English/ Linguistics ;
• Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills;
• Good command of Chinese and English, both oral and written, along with understanding in Illustrator/ Photoshop, would be preferred;
• Work in our Hong Kong office between 1-5 days per week.

Customer Services Assistant - Maintenance Team

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle and record day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels via phone and email
  • Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • Co-operate with internal parties and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
  • Perform ad hoc. duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Assistant Accountant/Senior Account Clerk

Job Description:

  • Handle daily accounting operations and work with internal parties in accordance with guidelines and procedures 
  • Monitor receivable transaction, checking and analysis with internal policy
  • Prepare invoice and update the monthly account receivable report in a timely basis
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
  • Assist in annual auditing
  • With Account Payable knowledge and experience will be an advantage
  • Perform ad hoc. assignment as required

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in accounting and IT industry will be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience on Accounting software applications such as NC(Yonyon), SAP and Oracle will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Chinese
