      海外國家銷售經理

      職位描述:

      • 在銷售總監的帶領下獨立負責指定國家及區域(東南亞,中東迪拜等一帶一路沿線國家)的業務發展;
      • 密切經營指定國家或區域的大使館經濟參贊處、中資企業協會、主要中資機構(如國有四大行)、核心合作夥伴(如華為),發掘商機,開拓區域市場;
      • 根據區域市場特點,制定有效的銷售計劃和銷售策略,協助所在區域市場的行業及領域解決方案的落地,實現可持續化經營;
      • 負責區域市場的伙伴經營,因地制宜,發掘區域市場的商業合作夥伴(含項目合作夥伴,交付合作夥伴,軟件經銷商等)

       

      要求: 

      • 大學本科,財務會計,工商管理,信息技術或相關語言學專業;
      • 25年的用友工作經驗,至少一年的用友一線銷售經驗;
      • 英語水平達到大學英語六級水平;有過海外留學經驗或海外工作經驗最佳,能力特別優秀者可以放寬對語言能力的要求;
      • 具有很強的適應能力和獨自工作能力,經常需要獨自面對問題和解決問題;
      • 喜歡挑戰,對於不同的環境和文化充滿好奇;
      • 需要經常出差去不同國家;
      • 常駐地點:香港或指定國家

      Customer Services Assistant - Maintenance Team

      Job Descriptions:

      • Handle and record day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels via phone and email
      • Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
      • Co-operate with internal parties and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
      • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
      • Perform ad hoc. duties as assigned

       

      Job Requirements:

      • Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills, pro-active, self-motivated, responsible,reliable and customer-oriented
      • 1 year relevant experience in sales administration and/ or customer services field
      • Familiar with MS Office, strong in Excel is highly preferred
      • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
      • Be able to work under pressure and be a good team player
