Recently, the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) successfully concluded at the Xiamen International Expo Center. Centered on the theme of “Expanding Two-Way Investment, Jointly Facilitating Global Development”, this edition of CIFIT brought together business representatives and industry organizations from over 100 countries and regions, providing a vital platform for two-way investment and cooperation.

At this CIFIT, yonyou engaged in cross-Strait industrial exchanges in two ways. On one hand, the yonyou Taiwan team took part in the cross-Strait integrated development demonstration zone, showcasing enterprise AI, digital-intelligent platforms and global service capabilities.

On the other hand, Luo Xiaojiang, Vice President of yonyou Group, was invited to the round-table forum on new opportunities for cross-Strait economic and trade integration during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, and delivered a speech titled Gathering Wisdom across the Strait, Leading the Future with Digital Intelligence — Prospects for Cross-Strait Cooperation in the AI Era. He provided an in-depth analysis of cross-Strait industrial collaboration and global opportunities amid the rapid advancement of AI. Integrating physical exhibition and forum insights, yonyou held in-depth exchanges with cross-Strait enterprises and overseas ecosystem partners to explore new pathways for enterprise innovation and cross-border, trans-regional business growth enabled by digital and intelligent technologies.

Driven by rapid AI evolution and the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains, AI has evolved from an auxiliary tool into a core productivity engine for industrial upgrading. Cross-Strait cooperation in AI is not an optional choice but an imperative. The Chinese mainland has accumulated solid strengths in large-scale models and industry-specific AI application scenarios, making a qualitative shift from catching up to taking a leading position. Taiwan boasts world-leading advantages in semiconductor and precision-manufacturing industries. The highly complementary industrial strengths across the Strait can form a complete complete value chain of “design + manufacturing + application”.
Meanwhile, numerous Taiwan-funded enterprises and cross-Strait joint ventures are accelerating global expansion. These enterprises are transitioning from conventional information system construction to a new phase of digital and intelligent development featuring data-driven operations, intelligent collaboration and global operations. Demand for integrated solutions covering financial management, supply-chain collaboration, smart manufacturing, cross-border operations and organizational management keeps rising. Challenges such as local regulatory compliance and multi-entity global governance have become increasingly prominent amid overseas expansion.

Yi Lang, General Manager of yonyou Taiwan, China, Speaks with China Media Group (CMG
At the exhibition, yonyou Global, in collaboration with yonyou Taiwan, featured the YonBIP 6 enterprise AI product portfolio. It demonstrated real-world applications of enterprise AI across core business scenarios including finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, human resources and marketing. Capabilities such as intelligent analytics and risk alerts, business process automation and AI-powered decision support were highlighted. By embedding AI deeply into operational workflows, yonyou helps enterprises boost operational efficiency and strengthen resilience in cross-border operations. yonyou also presented the Enterprise AI Box, which addresses key concerns of enterprises going global regarding data security, greater control over their systems and on-premise deployment. It enables enterprises to accelerate the realization of AI business value while complying with local regulatory and security requirements across jurisdictions.

In his round-table remarks, Luo Xiaojiang proposed three directions to deepen cross-Strait industrial collaboration: jointly bringing AI-enabled applications to global markets, in-depth integration of smart manufacturing and industrial AI, and regular exchanges among young tech talents from both sides of the Strait. Leveraging the enterprise-AI capabilities of YonBIP 6, experience in industrial software and AI/large-model applications accumulated in the Chinese mainland can be combined with Taiwan’s strengths in hardware manufacturing, to jointly deliver industry-oriented digital and intelligent solutions for emerging markets including Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Taiwan-based enterprises are generally ramping up expansion across the Strait and global market expansion, facing practical challenges in multi-currency accounting, multi-language support, local tax and financial requirements, as well as cross-border data compliance. Backed by global product capabilities and localized service networks, yonyou Global has established 14 overseas branches and works with more than 200 overseas partners. Its services span over 40 countries and regions, supporting more than 2,300 large and medium-sized overseas enterprises. yonyou enables enterprises to build unified operational platforms for multi-entity, multi-geography, multi-language and multi-currency operations, integrating end-to-end business data across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and human resources to underpin cross-regional collaboration and global business development, and providing a strong foundation of products and services for cross-Strait industries expanding into global markets.

Founded in 2011, yonyou Taiwan has long focused on the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. Drawing on local industry expertise and leveraging yonyou Global’s resources and overseas delivery networks, it delivers tailored digital and intelligent solutions for Taiwan-funded, Chinese mainland-funded, Hong Kong-funded and foreign-invested enterprises operating in Taiwan. It builds an end-to-end support for cross-Strait enterprises going global to advance digital collaboration and global expansion for cross-Strait industries.
As a national-level platform for opening up and international cooperation, CIFIT offers valuable opportunities for cross-Strait industrial integration and two-way global expansion. According to Luo Xiaojiang, yonyou is willing to act as a bridge for cross-Strait AI industrial cooperation, combining technologies, products and practical experience in enterprise digital transformation and intelligent technologies with Taiwan’s industrial strengths. yonyou Global will continue to leverage its strengths in enterprise AI and global services. Building on the complementary strengths of industries across the Strait, yonyou will collaborate with local institutions and ecosystem partners at home and abroad to connect Chinese mainland, Taiwan and global markets. It will empower more cross-Strait enterprises to achieve digital and intelligent transformation, steadily expand their global presence, and jointly shape a new future for industrial digital and intelligent development.
