Recently, nearly 100 ESG industry leaders participated in the “ESG Transformation Sharing and Learning Seminar,” jointly organised by Yonyou Hong Kong, InnoChain Technology Limited, Roma Green Finance Limited, and Hutchmed (China) Limited, which concluded successfully. The event featured multiple seasoned industry representatives sharing practical experiences, with in-depth discussions centring on how to leverage data platforms and independent assurance to assist listed companies in achieving their sustainable development goals.

Patrick Li, Senior Business Development Manager of Yonyou Software (Hong Kong) Limited, stated in his opening remarks that, as regulatory requirements for ESG information disclosure grow increasingly stringent, enterprises are in need of an integrated, efficient, and auditable data management system. He noted that Yonyou’s digital platform enables companies to transform fragmented ESG data into structured, traceable compliance reports, thereby mitigating risks, enhancing efficiency, and genuinely realising data-driven sustainable development.

During the keynote session, Rowena Wong, Sales and Marketing Director of InnoChain Technology Limited, Bill Tsang, Head of ESG at Roma Green Finance Limited, and Mark Lee, Senior Vice President of Corporate Management and Communications at Hutchmed (China) Limited, delivered presentations from diverse perspectives, offering valuable references to the attendees. Their discussions centred on core topics including ESG data platforms, independent assurance, and corporate sustainability, sharing cutting-edge practices in areas such as AI-driven data transformation, regulatory-driven assurance, and the integration of sustainability into biopharmaceutical operations. They also explored in depth how enterprises can leverage digital platforms to establish efficient and auditable data management systems capable of meeting increasingly stringent ESG disclosure requirements.
Following the keynote presentations, the session proceeded to a Q&A and exchange segment, during which participants and speakers engaged in substantive interactive discussions on ESG data governance, assurance practices, and industry trends.

Looking ahead, Yonyou Hong Kong will continue to leverage its technological strengths in data platforms and compliance management, building on the momentum of this seminar to deepen cross-industry collaboration in ESG governance and sustainable development. At the same time, it will connect with partners across various sectors to jointly explore new pathways for the integration of ESG and digital intelligence, safeguarding the long-term sustainable value creation for enterprises.
