Project Objectives

This system aims to comprehensively enhance the digitalization and automation of Carrefour’s procurement processes, achieving three core goals:

i. Improve supply chain digital efficiency and process visibility: Streamline procurement cycles and enhance quotation quality through systematic inquiry, approval, and competitive bidding mechanisms.

ii. Establish a full lifecycle supplier management platform: Integrate end-to-end processes from registration and data maintenance to quotation and contract signing for centralized control.

iii. Strengthen data retention and compliance capabilities: Improve audit trails and document archiving structures to establish systematic compliance mechanisms.
