Recently, the “AI-Driven Excellence in Hong Kong, Delivering Shared Success – Yonyou Hong Kong Delivery Service Ecosystem Partner Summit” was successfully held at Yonyou Hong Kong. Representatives from Invest Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Productivity Council, the Hong Kong Software Industry Association, and the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, together with numerous ecosystem partners, gathered to focus on enterprise digital transformation, jointly build a high-quality service ecosystem, and seize the dual opportunities presented by the Greater Bay Area and globalisation to achieve shared success in the digital future. This event also constituted a key component of Yonyou Hong Kong’s “AI Acceleration Initiative,” aimed at establishing a technology innovation platform that supports enterprise global expansion and innovation development through technological support, AI implementation, and ecosystem enablement.
Leo Li, Managing Director of Yonyou Hong Kong, delivered a keynote address at the event, in which he elaborated on the new “Yonyou+Partner” collaborative delivery model, shared insights into enterprise digital transformation and AI application trends, and explored how the new partnership model can continuously empower enterprise clients while co-creating new pathways for digital development.
Cui Yu, Overseas Delivery Director of Yonyou, provided an in-depth interpretation of the *Yonyou Hong Kong Service Ecosystem Development Report*, systematically analysing key challenges in cross-border delivery across three core dimensions — delivery upgrade, standard co-construction, and value co-creation — while sharing forward-looking industry insights and ecosystem development pathways. At the same time, he announced the launch of dedicated support policies for Hong Kong partners on-site.
During the practical sharing session, Mr. Cai Zhimin, General Manager of the Business Division at Nanjing Runhe Runyun Technology Co., Ltd., drawing on typical domestic and international implementation cases, shared hands-on experience in collaborating with Yonyou to execute and expand into both local and overseas markets.
Mr. Zhuang Huaixuan, Director of Data Intelligence Business for Yonyou Overseas, provided a comprehensive breakdown of Yonyou’s BIP enterprise AI product portfolio, detailing product implementation strategies and business opportunity identification approaches, while jointly exploring pathways for enabling enterprise digital transformation.
Mr. Yip Wai Yip, Senior Manager of Ecosystem Development at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park, delivered a thorough introduction to the Park’s support policies, industrial resources, and cross-border project collaboration opportunities, thereby assisting ecosystem partners in accessing innovative resources and expanding their development horizons.
The summit concluded with an interactive Q&A session and one-on-one Negotiation, during which participating partners engaged in in-depth exchanges on policy support, product implementation, localised delivery, and AI application scenarios, discussing how to leverage AI-related resources to collectively advance enterprise digital development.
Looking ahead, Yonyou Hong Kong will continue to open up its technology, platform, and ecosystem resources, closely aligning with the “AI Acceleration Initiative” to systematically advance product enablement, hands-on training, and project resource matching. Through multi-dimensional support encompassing policy alignment, project execution, and market expansion, it aims to empower partners, strengthen localised delivery standards and service systems, and jointly cultivate the digital and intelligent markets of Hong Kong, Macao, and overseas regions, thereby building a sustainable localised digital delivery ecosystem.
