Recently, the Yonyou AI+ Service Bootcamp Hong Kong was successfully concluded. Focused on addressing core pain points in enterprise IT operations and maintenance (O&M) services, and themed “Digital and Intelligent Services, Smart Operations,” the bootcamp delivered an immersive, hands-on AI+ service experience for IT leaders from enterprises across various industries in Hong Kong, employing an innovative model that combined real-scenario course instruction with full-scenario practical exercises. The event not only established a platform for exchange and practice in enterprise O&M digital and intelligent transformation, but also assisted participants in unlocking the practical application value of AI technologies within the O&M service domain, representing another tangible implementation of Yonyou Hong Kong’s “AI Acceleration Initiative.”

At present, enterprise digital and intelligent transformation has entered a phase of deeper implementation. IT O&M, serving as the cornerstone of stable business operations, is confronting multiple challenges including increased system complexity, surging data volumes, and diversified O&M scenarios. Issues inherent in traditional O&M models—such as low efficiency, delayed responsiveness, non-standardised processes, and inadequate risk early warning—have become bottlenecks constraining the development of Hong Kong enterprises. Against this backdrop, Yonyou Hong Kong launched this AI+ Service Bootcamp with a core emphasis on “visibility, tangibility, and hands-on practice.” Moving beyond purely theoretical presentations, the bootcamp established three practical exercise scenarios built around Yonyou’s three flagship products—YonISP, YonISM, and YonIMP—which precisely address the full-spectrum needs of enterprise O&M processes. This enabled participants to experience firsthand, through active practice, the comprehensive empowerment of AI+ services in enhancing O&M efficiency, quality, and security.

Michael Huang, Director of High-End Customer Service at Yonyou Hong Kong, noted during his presentation that Hong Kong, as an international commercial and financial hub, imposes higher standards on enterprises with respect to O&M efficiency, service quality, data security, and compliance management. Yonyou, he stated, aims to bring its mature AI+ service system and practical experience to Hong Kong through this bootcamp, thereby substantively assisting local enterprises in resolving O&M challenges and accelerating their digital and intelligent transformation journeys.

Wang Nianqing, Director of High-End Customer Service for South China and Overseas Regions at Yonyou Group, delivered a thematic presentation on group-level intelligent service solutions. Drawing on the characteristics of cross-regional and multi-organisation operations typical of Hong Kong and overseas enterprises, he conducted an in-depth analysis of group O&M management pain points and provided a comprehensive overview of the implementation pathways and core value propositions of Yonyou’s AI+ services, offering a clear framework for enterprises seeking to establish an integrated intelligent O&M system.

During the core segment, Yuan Yuehan, High-End Customer Service Solution Expert at Yonyou Hong Kong, led a live demonstration and guided hands-on exercise on the AI intelligent service system. Proceeding from real-world enterprise O&M scenarios and breaking down the usage requirements of different user roles, she systematically introduced the functionalities of the three core products and guided participants through full-process operations on-site. This enabled attendees to rapidly acquire practical skills while intuitively experiencing the efficiency and quality improvements that AI technology brings to O&M work.

Wong Man-ching, AI Solution Expert at Yonyou Hong Kong, provided an update on the latest developments in Yonyou YonClaw, sharing recent technological advancements and localised application scenarios. Taking into account the stringent compliance and security control requirements of Hong Kong enterprises, he demonstrated the product’s robust capabilities in intelligent O&M, risk early warning, and data governance, thereby reinforcing the defences for secure digital and intelligent enterprise operations.

The bootcamp featured three hands-on practice modules covering the full spectrum of vendor services, enterprise internal O&M, and security O&M monitoring. Participants engaged in role-based, immersive experiences of Yonyou’s AI+ service applications across all scenarios:

1. Vendor Service Efficiency Enhancement Based on YonISP: Integrating multiple service channels including AI chatbots, human customer support, and work order systems, this module effectively resolved issues related to slow query response times and fragmented service access points.

2. Enterprise O&M Service Efficiency Based on YonISM: Encompassing full work order lifecycle management and data-driven reporting, this module enabled the standardisation of O&M processes and the digitalisation of management.

3. Enterprise Security O&M Monitoring Based on YonIMP: Through intelligent alerting and a full-dimension monitoring dashboard, this module drove the transition of O&M operations from “reactive troubleshooting” to “proactive prevention.”

Throughout the exercise sessions, Yonyou experts provided one-on-one guidance and real-time responses to operational queries, ensuring that every participant could proficiently master the core skills. During the interactive exchange segment, guests actively shared their exercise insights and enterprise O&M pain points, fostering a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. At the conclusion of the event, Yonyou presented completion certificates to all participants who had successfully completed the hands-on experience.

Attending guests spoke highly of the bootcamp, noting that the event was replete with substantive content and strong practical relevance. They observed that the three practical scenarios were precisely aligned with the O&M needs of Hong Kong enterprises, effectively dispelling concerns that AI+ services were “difficult to use or challenging to implement.” The bootcamp, they remarked, not only equipped them with practical skills but also provided actionable solutions for their enterprises’ subsequent O&M digital and intelligent upgrades.

As a leader in enterprise digital and intelligent transformation, Yonyou will continue to deepen its presence in the Hong Kong market, driven by technological innovation as its core engine. It will further integrate AI technologies with enterprise O&M services while continuously refining localised, scenario-specific solutions. Looking ahead, Yonyou will leverage hands-on enablement to assist Hong Kong enterprises in achieving O&M digital and intelligent upgrades, translating AI technologies into tangible business benefits. By standing alongside Hong Kong enterprises, it aims to jointly build core digital and intelligent competitiveness and realise high-quality development.
