Recently, the “YonSuite Enterprise AI: Empowering AI-Driven Enterprises — Growing Enterprise Digital-Intelligent Innovation Conference · Xiamen” concluded successfully. The event was hosted by the Fujian Region of Yonyou Network Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone Intelligent Manufacturing Service Platform, the Xiamen Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association, and the Zhangzhou Electronics Association. Yonyou Hong Kong was honored to take part as a key pillar of Yonyou’s Chinese enterprise globalization business, joining industry experts, benchmark enterprise representatives, and more than 300 business leaders to explore how enterprises can progress from “using AI” to “becoming AI-native enterprises.”

Guided by the core concept of “Harness and AI,” the conference underscored human–intelligence co-creation and put forward a practical path of “harnessing AI to drive growth.” A highlight of the event was the debut of YonWork, Yonyou’s enterprise super-agent, designed to bring AI from concept into day-to-day business operations—helping growing enterprises cross the “last mile” and open a new chapter of digital-intelligent growth.
From “Using AI” to “Becoming an AI-Native Enterprise”
Xu Yang, Senior Vice President of Yonyou Network and President of the Enterprise BG, shared insights under the theme “YonSuite Enterprise AI: Empowering AI-Driven Enterprises.” He noted that the new stage of enterprise AI is not about “AI replacing people,” but about human wisdom and AI capability creating value side by side—harnessing AI and driving growth through the HAI enterprise growth value system. What enterprises truly need is not a large-model interface detached from the business, but AI that understands enterprise data, follows business rules, enters operating processes, and delivers analysis, decision support, and even business execution under controllable and trustworthy conditions. YonSuite Enterprise AI embeds AI natively into core scenarios such as finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, human resources, and business management—turning “AI capability” into true “enterprise capability.”

In the Second Half of Going Global, Certainty at the Back End Matters Most
Jin Xiaoxu, Head of Yonyou’s Chinese Enterprise Globalization Business, emphasized that Chinese enterprises going overseas are shifting from “selling products” to “running global operations.” Parallel financial standards across markets, multi-currency settlement and exchange-rate volatility, cross-border tax and data compliance, and localized workforce and supply-chain collaboration—if any link breaks, front-end growth cannot be realized. In the second half of globalization, what matters most is certainty at the back end.
He noted that Yonyou began its overseas journey from Hong Kong in 2003 and has spent 23 years building deep capability in this space. Backed by the Chinese mainland and connected to the world, Hong Kong is both an international professional services hub and the first stop for Chinese enterprises going global. Anchored in Hong Kong as a bridgehead, Yonyou Hong Kong has served a large number of Chinese enterprises expanding overseas as well as local benchmark clients—running and refining localized delivery capabilities in finance, human resources, and supply chain, and further leveraging Yonyou’s product strengths to support more Chinese enterprises on their global journeys.
Looking ahead, Yonyou Hong Kong will continue to serve as the headquarters for overseas customer business and as an Asia-Pacific bridgehead. Leveraging Hong Kong’s dual position—“backed by the mainland, connected to the world”—it will serve Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, the ASEAN markets, and Asia-Pacific markets including Australia and New Zealand, helping Chinese enterprises move from local operations to global growth. Drawing on more than two decades of localized practice and a base of over 600 Hong Kong clients, Yonyou Hong Kong provides a digital-intelligent foundation for global business collaboration, locally compliant operations, and unified group management and control. With YonSuite as the platform and YonWork as the engine, Yonyou Hong Kong will continue to accompany growing enterprises as they evolve in the AI era—helping Chinese enterprises go global with stability and confidence, and connect worldwide operations.
