AI First, yonyou Now: 2026 Hong Kong Yonyou Enterprise AI Summit Successfully Held

On October 15, the “AI First, yonyou Now” 2026 Yonyou Enterprise AI Summit (Hong Kong), hosted by Yonyou Software (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the Kerry Hotel Hong Kong today. With “Harness AI, Drive Growth Together” as its core theme, this year’s summit invited a number of industry experts, enterprise representatives, and ecosystem partners to share the stage, sharing the practical pathways and latest developments of AI in enterprise operations, and joining guests on site to explore how Hong Kong enterprises can seize the growth opportunities brought by AI and transform technological capabilities into sustainable operational capabilities.

01 | Opening Remarks

Mr. Duncan Chiu, Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, delivered the opening remarks for this summit. He stated that Hong Kong should seize this window of opportunity in AI development, leverage its advantages in research foundations, talent reserves, and international connectivity, and promote the formation of synergy among government, industry, academia, and research. Enterprises today are in a phase where “industrial AI-ization and AI industrialization” are advancing in parallel; whoever can integrate AI into their business faster will gain the upper hand in the new round of competition.

02 | Opening Remarks

Ir Dr. Sun Yiu-tat, Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI), said in his remarks that artificial intelligence is deeply integrating with a range of emerging technologies, bringing new momentum to enterprise innovation and industrial development. He emphasized that fully unleashing AI’s potential requires combining cross-disciplinary technological innovation and bringing together the strength of industry, the research community, and ecosystem partners to jointly drive the development of innovative applications.

03 | Host’s Remarks

Mr. Shen Chongfeng, Senior Vice President of Yonyou Network and President of Yonyou Overseas Business, delivered remarks on behalf of the host. He stated that enterprise adoption of AI is moving from “X+AI” to “AI+X,” and that Yonyou’s BIP6, released in August this year, reconstructs enterprise software with an AI-native architecture. Hong Kong is the headquarters of Yonyou’s overseas business, where the company has been rooted for 23 years; Yonyou well understands that the success of enterprise AI is by no means a one-company show and must rely on ecosystem collaboration. He looks forward to working hand in hand with partners to jointly build and accelerate the implementation of AI in enterprises in Hong Kong and around the world, and to collectively transform AI into real competitiveness for enterprises.

04 | Keynote Speech

Mr. Liu Meixiang, Managing Director of Yonyou Software (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote titled “AI First: Together Opening a New Chapter of Growth,” outlining Yonyou Hong Kong’s strategic direction. He stated that “AI First” is not about adding a capability to a product, but an operating approach that covers the entire company—AI will be embedded in core business applications and run through the entire process from pre-sales to service; with “ecosystem co-prosperity” as the direction, sharing benefits, customers, and capabilities with partners. Yonyou will “In Hong Kong, For Hong Kong, With Hong Kong”—rooted in Hong Kong, with more than 170 local employees serving over 600 enterprises and working with more than 200 partners; creating value for Hong Kong by transforming AI into tangible competitiveness for local enterprises; and growing together with Hong Kong, helping local enterprises drive growth with AI.

05 | Keynote Speech

Mr. Xu Yang, Senior Vice President of Yonyou Network and President of the Enterprise BG, delivered a keynote titled “YonSuite Enterprise AI Makes AI Enterprises,” systematically sharing AI-era trends, the value realization of enterprise AI, and YonSuite’s intelligent native integrated capabilities. Facing the new stage of enterprise AI, Yonyou proposed the HAI enterprise growth value system—emphasizing not “AI replacing people,” but human wisdom and AI power creating side by side, driving growth by harnessing AI.

He pointed out that what enterprises truly need is not a “large model entry point” detached from business, but rather AI that understands data, follows rules, and enters operational processes, completing analysis, decision support, and even business execution under controllable and trustworthy conditions. This is also the difference between YonSuite enterprise AI and ordinary AI tools—not adding a chat box outside the system, but letting AI natively enter core scenarios such as finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, marketing, human resources, and business management, transforming “AI capabilities” into “enterprise capabilities.” For the Hong Kong market, YonSuite supports multiple languages, multiple currencies, and localized compliance requirements, helping Hong Kong and going-global enterprises achieve practical results early in international operations.

06 | Ecosystem Partner Sharing

Dr. Yip Shing-fai, President and Group Chief Operating Officer of Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN), shared: HKBN Enterprise Solutions (HKBNES) is committed to investing in digital-intelligent infrastructure and the technology ecosystem, and through the Innovation and Technology Ecosystem Alliance (iTEA), continues to deepen cooperation with Yonyou. The two sides combine HKBN’s infrastructure and comprehensive service capabilities with Yonyou’s YonSuite, enterprise management, and AI application capabilities to connect everything from underlying infrastructure to core applications, jointly building a more complete enterprise-grade AI ecosystem. As agentic AI gradually enters enterprise decision-making processes, AI is also moving from assistance toward autonomy. The two sides will further advance the implementation of automated processes and intelligent decision-making, and through joint innovation, joint market development, and the partner ecosystem, transform technology into real business value. HKBN looks forward to working with Yonyou and more ecosystem partners to help enterprises move from “using AI” to “harnessing AI,” using AI to enhance productivity, innovation capability, and long-term competitiveness.

07 | Partner Policy Release and Signing Ceremony

Mr. Zhou Jian, Director of Overseas Mid-Market and Business Partners at Yonyou Network, released Yonyou Hong Kong’s 2026–2027 partner policy on site. He introduced that the new year’s policy focuses on partner capability building and market expansion, with increased investment in training and certification, technical support, marketing resources, and project collaboration, and clarifies corresponding support methods for different types of cooperation; for the Hong Kong and overseas markets, Yonyou Hong Kong will accelerate the building of its local partner system and share the market opportunities brought by enterprise AI with partners.

The event also held the 2025–2026 partner benefits redemption and the 2026–2027 partner signing ceremony, clarifying the direction of collaboration with partners for the new year.

08 | Roundtable Forum · Hong Kong’s AI Moment

The roundtable forum “Hong Kong’s AI Moment: Opportunities, Scenarios, and Implementation” discussed the current AI opportunities for Hong Kong enterprises, the business scenarios that can be prioritized for implementation, and the path from pilot to scaled application.

Zhou Jichang (Delivery Lead at DXC Technology) stated: To seize AI opportunities, Hong Kong enterprises should focus on application scenarios with clear pain points, mature data, and measurable results. The key to moving AI from pilot to scaled application is connecting trusted data, business rules, and core systems, and transforming AI’s recognition and judgment into real business actions.

Vivien Hui (General Manager of Tetra Limited) stated that Tetra Limited will combine professional local implementation experience with Yonyou’s cutting-edge AI product capabilities to help enterprises build their own intelligent management systems and truly transform AI technology into enterprise competitiveness.

Calvin Wong (Head of Hong Kong and Macau at eSign.ai) stated: AI applications among Hong Kong enterprises have shifted from conceptual experimentation to production-grade, traceable, and legally protected real business scenarios. Enterprises increasingly value data security and compliant record-keeping, in line with Hong Kong’s PDPO and CAP553 regulations.

Liu Weirong (Deputy General Manager of the BIP Super Edition Business Unit, High-End BG, Yonyou Network) proposed: Relying on the dedicated cloud of Yonyou BIP Super Edition, it is possible to achieve integrated implementation of AI from business ideation to continuous value application.

09 | Customer Dialogue · Café de Coral

In the customer dialogue session, Mr. Chen Guangyao, Senior Manager of the IT Department at Café de Coral Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as Café de Coral), exchanged views with Yonyou on “AI-Driven Business Transformation.” He stated that Café de Coral established a fixed asset electronic ledger through “one item, one card,” connecting the full lifecycle from procurement and requisition to disposal, and has since gradually extended this to daily operational areas such as store repair requests, equipment procurement, and group catering channel sales.

Regarding AI, he believes that the key for enterprises to move from “feeling there is potential” to “truly finding it useful” lies in scenario selection: whether it responds to the real pain points of frontline staff, and whether there is dependable data and processes behind it. The value of AI lies not in the concept itself, but in integrating into the rhythm of operations and being genuinely used by frontline employees in their daily work. For enterprises preparing to launch transformation or introduce AI, he suggests first straightening out the foundational data and business processes so that AI has a reliable place to land.

In the future, Yonyou will take “AI First, Ecosystem Co-Prosperity” as its main thread, with the Hong Kong market as an important fulcrum, and join hands with local enterprises and ecosystem partners to continuously integrate AI into products and services, making AI a capability for sustained enterprise growth. Under the shared advocacy of “Harness AI, Drive Growth Together,” Yonyou Hong Kong is willing to work hand in hand with all parties to make AI a tangible competitiveness for Hong Kong enterprises and jointly open a new chapter of growth in the AI era.
