Poly Australia (Poly) is an Australian branch of Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., an international listed real estate development company.
Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1992 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006, with operations in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and China. The company has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development.
Since entering Australia in January 2015, Poly Group is currently developing many large-scale residential development projects in Melbourne and Sydney, and has long-term ambitions for the Australian market. Poly’s current projects include “Poly Horizon” in Epping, Sydney; “Tilia by Poly” in Linfield, Sydney, and the recently completed “Clermont Estate” in South Yarra, Melbourne.
Project Scope
As an international real estate group, Poly Group’s goal is to establish a unified BPM collaboration platform for communication, office work and decision-making. The scope of the project includes group portals, company portals, personal portals, and basic office applications such as documents, meetings, and schedule management. With the development of mobile connectivity, Poly has established a mobile application portal for the entire group.
